I’m a coach, speaker and mindset specialist who works with high-functioning professionals who are tired of overthinking every decision and ready to start moving forward, with clarity and direction. Whether that’s through 1:1 coaching or workplace sessions, I help people think differently, feel lighter, and move forward with purpose.

This work is practical. Transformational. And yes, a little uncomfortable at times, but in the best way. Because once you understand your patterns, you can start to change them.
My approach is shaped by both professional training (I’m an Neuro-Linguistics Master Practitioner [NLP] and Ericksonian Hypnotherapist) and personal experience. I’ve been through burnout, anxiety, and those quiet “Is this it?” moments that nobody else can see. That’s why I don’t waste time on surface-level fixes.
