Case Studies
Coaching isn’t about surface-level change, it’s about real, lasting transformation.
Every client comes in with their own story. Some feel stuck. Some are burnt out. Others are high-functioning but misaligned. What they have in common is a desire for something more... and a readiness to do the work.
Below are real stories (shared with permission) showing what can shift when you commit to change.
Case Study 1: From misalignment to self-mastery
Client profile: Female, late 40s
Coaching program: Life Reimagined (12-month journey + ongoing support)
Before coaching:
When this client first reached out to begin coaching, she was nearing a milestone birthday, navigating a busy corporate life, and wrestling with an unsettling feeling: misalignment.
Outwardly, she was highly organised, capable, and committed to personal development. But inwardly, she felt stuck - like her life wasn’t quite her own. Things were slipping: she was missing appointments, feeling scattered, and struggling with relationships both at work and at home. Most importantly, she no longer felt like herself.
That feeling of being disconnected from who you are and what you value, became the gateway to a profound transformation.

What she wanted:
To feel more like herself again.
To live in alignment with her values.
To experience calm, clarity, and real fulfilment, not just ticking boxes.

The turning point:
Despite feeling a little “broken”, from our very first session, it became clear that she was simply misaligned. Her core values were in conflict with how she was living day-to-day. Once she saw that clearly, everything began to shift. She realigned her external world - even cutting her hair and changing how she dressed - to reflect who she truly was on the inside.

But this wasn’t just about surface changes. She did the deep inner work: uncovering and neutralising long-held beliefs that were limiting her - particularly around her creativity and her sense of worth. As a talented artist, she'd carried the belief that her passion "wasn’t a real career," a story seeded in childhood. Once that belief was rewritten, new doors opened. In her words:

“I’ve now realised I have a gift. I’m amazing. I’m worthy.”
What’s happening now:
Since then, her artwork has been featured in galleries, she’s raised tens of thousands of dollars for charity through her creative work, and her career has also taken off, with a promotion she attributes in part to her improved self-confidence and relationship skills.

But the most important shift is that she no longer sees coaching as a one-time fix.
She continues to check in for sessions when she needs support, clarity, or to recalibrate her mindset. It’s not about fixing problems anymore, it’s about ongoing self-leadership. As she says:
“Coaching is like a muscle. You have to keep training it. And when I feel stuck again, I now know how to recognise it early, and I know what to do.”

Today, she is calm, self-aware, and empowered. She journals, meditates, revisits her values regularly, and surrounds herself with a tribe of people who uplift and inspire her. Life is still life - it has its ups and downs - but now she has tools. And just as importantly, she knows when to ask for help.

Because this isn’t about becoming ‘perfect’ or ‘fixed’. It’s about becoming more you, every step of the way.
