Hi, I'm Rebekah.

I'm a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Hypnotherapy - but more importantly, I’m someone who knows what it’s like to feel stuck in your own head.

After years in corporate, juggling all the things while quietly burning out, I hit a wall. The anxiety, the second-guessing, the “why can’t I just get it together?”… I’ve lived it.

 

And I’ve also learned how to shift it - deeply and permanently.

 

Now, I help high-performing professionals who’ve done all the personal growth stuff (and still feel stuck) to finally get unstuck! 

 

Not with fluff or mindset hacks, but by working with the brain and body in a way that actually works.

People call me The Brain Changer™, but I’m really just someone who loves helping people feel calm, clear, and back in charge of their life.
