Module 1 - Your model of communication and why awareness is important
Learn the tools for communicating effectively, with yourself and others, so your message can’t be ignored. We’ll also share how to create a better understanding of your internal preferences, enabling you to live a meaningful and purpose-filled life through expanded awareness.
Module 2 - Creating realistic expectations to set yourself up for success.
When we have unrealistic expectations, we set ourselves up to fail. And when we fail, our unconscious mind stores the information which makes us less likely to try again. In this module, learn how to effectively set expectations to ensure success every time.
Module 3 - Developing a productive and cooperative mindset at work
If you find it hard to get up on Monday morning to go to work, you’re not alone. A 2019 poll discovered that only 15% of people are engaged at work, which means an astronomical 85% of people are unhappy in their jobs. By choosing to ‘reframe’ a situation, you’ll develop a strong mindset that will change the game.
Module 4 - Cause Vs. Effect – Stop holding yourself back with excuses
When you’re living in effect, you’re giving away control. You’re essentially saying that life is ‘happening to you’. When you stop making excuses and learn to live at cause, your life will improve exponentially. You’ll achieve more, feel happier, and you’ll be unstoppable. In this module you will learn basic techniques to shift you into ‘cause’.
Module 5 - Learn 7 easy steps to eliminate procrastination forever!
How is procrastination affecting you mentally, and how do you stop it? Over 20% of Australia’s population now identify as a procrastinator, which is costing organisations millions of dollars, and could be costing you big time physically, emotionally and mentally. You can change this when you learn how stop avoiding tasks with these 7 easy steps.
Module 6 - Understanding values and purpose and how to work out what they are.
Dreams + reality + determination = a successful life. But what does a successful life look like to you? It will be different to each one of us, and to define what it is for you, you must understand what’s most important to you. And there’s more to it than you realise! When you know what your values are, learn how visualisation will help you achieve your most amazing life.
