About the event

Why do I do and say the things I do? Why do I react to events in a certain way? Why do I always procrastinate? How come my New Year's resolutions don't stick?

Does any of this sound familiar?

To truly understand why you are the way you are, you need to understand how your mind works

When you understand this, you are better equipped to make meaningful changes that will last.

The beliefs and values we absorbed as a young child, along with our past experiences, have a huge impact on who we are today; how we think and behave.

But it doesn't have to dictate who we will be in the future.

At the last Mindshift Masterclass (formerly the 'Change Your Mind, Change Your Life Retreat') our group said,

The program

* Understand the filters of your mind, and you will begin to understand why you feel and react to events the way that you do.

* What are limiting beliefs and how do you identify and shift them?

* Mindfulness and meditation - it's so much more than chanting in the lotus position! But why is it beneficial?

* Did you know that handwriting enables a higher level of thinking to create focused action? And you don't need to

spend hours doing it!

* The essence of Yin yoga is surrender and is a wonderful way to connect with your mind and body, while restoring energy and calming the nervous system. Our yoga instructor will take you through a variety of gentle and slow poses to break the day up.

* A nutritious lunch and snacks, a gorgeous goodie bag to take home.... and more!

Arrive at 9.30am to meet the group and enjoy a nutritious snack, before getting started. Throughout the day there will be time to put what you have learned into practice, and we will conclude by 5.15pm.

You will leave feeling energised and inspired, ready to implement small changes into your everyday life that will lead to lasting and impactful changes.
