This retreat is for you if you feel tired or even exhausted! Your everyday life is literally sucking the energy from you and you need a break to reset.
We know it can be hard to find time for yourself. And the thought of planning a long getaway can be overwhelming... just one more thing to do.
That's why we've created this 1-day retreat where you can rest, relax and recharge. All you need to do is carve out 24-hours and we'll take care of the rest.
This retreat is all about you.
It's your opportunity to take time away from the hustle and bustle of daily life at a gorgeous riverfront home in Goolwa with a small group of like-minded women.
We'll support you with a few short sessions where you will learn useful tools to support you back in your day-to-day life, you'll be pampered with a massage, and connect over a nutritious dinner and mocktails.
Activities such as yoga, sunrise mindfulness, breathwork, journaling and vision boarding, will be on offer.
You can participate in some or all activities, or none - the choice is yours because this is about you.
The purpose of this retreat is to learn how to take time for yourself and allow your parasympathetic nervous system (your 'rest and digest' system), to take over.
We appreciate that one size doesn't fit all. That's why this retreat offers you options.
We will share valuable information throughout the day about how your mind works and introduce you to some simple techniques that will support you when you return home. You can choose to attend each of these sessions, or take the time to simply rest and relax in your own space.
Below is an outline of the program and activities that will be on offer:
Arrival, welcome, morning tea and introduction to the program
Sessions teaching you about how your mind works, how to change your state and techniques to encourage a calm and peaceful life

Nutritious community-style evening meal where we all come together to 'break bread'
When you leave, you'll take home a gorgeous goody bag including journal, pen and other goodies, along with a workbook to use at home.
For those who want an extra night away, we're offering an option to arrive and stay on the Friday evening with an optional morning activity - see below.
Please note this is an female-only, alcohol-free retreat, and will include non-alcoholic options to enjoy with your evening meal.
The date and location
Our retreat will be held on Saturday 25 Feb 2023 from 10.30am until Sunday 26Feb 2023 at 10.30am, at the beautiful riverfront property, La Maison Tranquille in Goolwa South. It's an apx 1 hour drive south of the city.
As you pass through beautiful rolling hills and catch a glimpse of the river, you'll instantly feel relaxed.
As the name suggests, as you step through the front door you will experience the feeling of tranquility. Everything you could want or need is available to you for the weekend beginning with the stunning view from the deck across to Hindmarsh Island, boats bobbing on the river and a beautifully decorated interior.
You can choose to view the gorgeous sunrise from the deck with tea in hand, or cross the road to a reserve to take a walk along the river.
Single room - $467 per person
You'll have your own private room with this option, and access to a shared bathroom.
Twin room - $397 per person
You'll be sharing a room with a new friend, as well as having access to plenty of space for alone-time.

While you'll get everything you need from our 24-hour retreat, you may want to make a weekend of it with a friend, so we've created an add-on option should you want to arrive the night before for a little extra R+R.
Arrive on Friday from 5pm and enjoy all that La Maison Tranquille, and Goolwa, has to offer.
Make your own arrangements for dinner in town (there are some great options we can pre-book for you) or order takeaway).
Enjoy the evening to yourself or with others who have selected this option.
Enjoy morning meditation by the river (weather permitting) if you wish.
