About the event

Are you tired? Exhausted even. Could you do with a 24-hour break to reset?

We hear you, and that's why we've created this 1-day retreat where you can rest, relax and recharge

This retreat is all about you. It's your opportunity to take time away from the hustle and bustle of daily life at a gorgeous riverfront home in Goolwa. 

Spend time with a maximum of 8 like-minded women; we'll support you with a few short sessions where you will learn useful tools to support you back in your day-to-day life, you'll be pampered with a massage, and connect over a nutritious dinner and mocktails. 

Activities such as yoga, sunrise mindfulness, breathwork and more, will be on offer. You can participate in some or all activities, or none - the choice is yours because this is about you

The purpose of this retreat is to learn how to take time for yourself and allow your parasympathetic nervous system (your 'rest and digest' system), to take over.

Everyone will receive a goody bag to take home, along with a booklet including information you have learned.

For those who want an extra night away, we're offering an option to arrive and stay on the Friday evening with an optional morning activity - see below.

This is an female-only, alcohol-free retreat. We will include some delicious mocktails for you to enjoy instead.

You will leave feeling rested, relaxed and ready to return to your life with renewed energy.

The Packages

All options below include the following:

Three meals, drinks and snacks, accommodation, massage, materials for activities and goody bag.

Option 1 - private 

If you're coming on your own, you can enjoy a private room with a shared bathroom. Arrive by 10.30am Saturday morning to enjoy 24-hours in this beautiful home to rest, relax and recharge. 


Option 2 - share with a friend (2 available)

If you're coming with your best girlfriend or family member and are happy to share a queen bed, we're happy to offer a discount. Arrive by 10.30am Saturday morning to enjoy 24-hours in this beautiful home to rest relax and recharge.

Private room for the two of you and a shared bathroom. 


Option 3 - share with a new friend (1 available)

We have one room with a single and trundle bed that you will share with someone you meet on the day. Arrive by 10.30am Saturday morning to enjoy 24-hours in this beautiful home to rest relax and recharge. Shared room and bathroom. 


Add-on option

If you would like to make a weekend of it, you're welcome to arrive on Friday from 5pm and make use of the property. You'll make own arrangements for dinner in town (there are some great options we can pre-book for you, or there's always takeaway on the magnificent deck overlooking the river), then enjoy the evening to yourself or with others who have selected this option. If you're keen, join us for a morning meditation by the river (weather permitting), followed by breakfast (included), while we await the arrival of the rest of the group. 

Additional $95pp (or $75 if sharing a bed/room)

Payment option available | $150 deposit* to confirm your place, then remainder can be equally split over the following months (remaining amount due at least 1 week prior to retreat).

* Your deposit is non-refundable, however can be transferred to any other product or service available from Moonbeam Monday Training + Coaching.
