I'm Rebekah... an neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) Master Practitioner and Hypnotherapist with a passion for helping professional women in their 40’s and 50’s live a life of joy, meaning and happiness.

  • What happens during a discovery call?
    A Discovery Call is an opportunity to have a chat with Rebekah or Yvonne at any time about where you think you need the most help and hear their solutions and strategies. It's like a kind conversation with a friend. It's also an opportunity to find out if they're the perfect fit for you. Be assured, your chat is completely confidential and obligation-free. It will take about 45 minutes, give or take. ​ When you book your Discovery Call, you will be asked to answer a few questions. The reason for this is to make the most of your time together so, should you continue together, you will progress much quicker to achieve success. We'll talk about the biggest issues you are facing and what it is you expect to achieve from coaching. There is no right or wrong answer. It's simply a starting point.   • What is the difference between and NLP Coach, Psychiatrist, Psychologist, Counsellor and Mentor?
    We've provided an explanation of each of the practitioners below to give you an understanding of the difference between each. Neuro-Linguistic (NLP) Coach NLP coaching is a specific and specialised area of study focusing on breaking through negativity and re-programming the mind and body so you can achieve your goals, helping to improve communication, leadership skills, and influence. An NLP coach uses rapid change techniques as well as internal change processes that help change self-sabotaging behaviours, to create new behaviours that last. Your NLP Coach may also incorporate the work listed under Life Coach to create your best life possible. “NLP is the most powerful vehicle for change in existence”. - Psychology Today Magazine. Life Coach A Life Coach will work to help you understand yourself better, identify the life you would like to lead, prioritise areas for improvement, identify goals and develop greater productivity, identify negative emotions, beliefs and attitudes holding you back from achieving this. Life Coaching is structured for specific outcomes based on the client's needs. Psychiatrist A Psychiatrist is a Medical Doctor who can diagnose and treat mental, emotional, and behavioural conditions. They assess both physical and psychological aspects of these conditions. A Psychiatrist is more focused on behavioural and cognitive symptoms of mental illness where a neurologist is focused on the physical aspects of conditions affecting the brain. Psychologist A Psychologist is trained in the science of the mind, emotions, and behaviour. A Psychologist will evaluate a person’s mental health using therapeutic tools and diagnosis is based on a thorough assessment to determine strategies for therapy. A Psychologist has a Doctoral degree (PhD) and treats mental health conditions with psychotherapy (talk therapy). A common therapy used may be Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) which identifies thoughts and behaviours likely contributing to negative outcomes. Once a patient is aware of these, they will be in a better position to consciously change. Counsellor A Counsellor is trained in the art of listening and responding to help a client clarify issues and goals, then achieve the desired outcome. They can also offer support for mild to moderate symptoms of mental illness but are not medically trained to diagnose or treat mental illness. They are required to complete an accredited course of study such as Certificate or Graduate Diploma of Counselling. Mentoring This is the process of helping and guiding another person through personal knowledge and expertise, to support the other person’s personal or professional development. It should be noted that the Coaches of Moonbeam Monday Training + Coaching are not providing psychological or medical advice and that coaching should in no way replace sound treatment from a licensed health care provider. Your Coach is not a Medical Doctor, Psychologist, Psychiatrist or Social Worker. The services you receive are not licensed in this state (South Australia), nor are they regulated by a governmental body. They are regulated through the Neuro Linguistic Programming Association of Australia. Your Coach will always provide only those services in which they have been trained, and if they find that they cannot help you, they will refer you to a licensed person who can assist you.
  • What is Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)?
    We can begin to break it down like this: Neuro – To do with the mind Linguistic - (Language) How we communicate with ourselves and others Programming – What our value and belief systems are and how we can create new neural pathways to replace limiting beliefs about ourselves and the way we approach life ​ The way one views the world, or in other words, our ‘map of the world’, affects how we will operate in the world. NLP is a process which modifies unconscious biases or the limitations of a persons ‘map of the world’. It operates through the conscious use of language to bring about changes in thoughts and behaviours, to achieve desired outcomes. Think of it like a computer software program, where our brain is the program. We are continually running programs in our unconscious mind, like breathing, turning food to fuel, and sending the blood through our body. We do these without thinking (unconsciously). We also run programs based on past experiences, attitudes, language, values etc., that determine what we say and how we react. We think this is ‘who we are’, that we have no control, but we do.   • I'm not sure this is right for me. Can I talk to someone first?

  • Is my information kept confidential?
    Absolutely! All information you share with your coach (that's us!), either in written form or verbally, remains completely confidential. We will not disclose or share any personal information or discuss any of the content of the sessions to a third party, except with your written consent. There is one very important caveat to this... if there is evidence of risk of harm to yourself and/or others, we may inform or take advice from the appropriate authorities to ensure your safety, and that of others. Alternatively, we may contact your emergency contact person to check on your welfare if we haven't heard from you in some time, and are unable to contact you.
  • Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
    Yes! Too good to be true, right? Well, believe it! To demonstrate our complete confidence in the results you will attain working with us, if you do not achieve a mutually agreed result after completing all tasking and providing written evidence of all required exercises, and have followed our instructional guidance, we will continue to work with you until you achieve a mutually agreed result, or offer your money back.   • What is Timeline Therapy™?
    TimeLine Therapy™ releases negative emotions attached to past events. It also eliminates self-limiting beliefs that hinder a person from pursuing the life they want. When we experience significant emotional events, we make a decision to become sad, angry, hurtful, blameful, or even fearful as a result. The moment we can’t or won’t deal with an issue is the time that negative emotions result, and they don’t go away. They’re stored in our body and mind holographically. I.e., we store them unconsciously. We become ‘stuck’ in life when we have too many of these negative emotions stored, because they stop us from moving forward. These negative emotions get in the way so removing them changes our behaviour and perspective. It doesn’t erase what has happened in the past but changes the way we feel the next time the situation arises. For example when we would normally have negative feelings towards a situation, we’re able to deal intelligently with it, without the emotion taking over.   • How long will my coaching session take?
    Every session is different, but you can expect it to take somewhere from one to two hours. We highly recommend that you allow additional time at the end of your appointment in case it runs over time. If you need to finish by a particular time, please let your coach know at the beginning of your session as they may recommend rescheduling your appointment.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We understand that things pop up, and we will be as accommodating as we can be. However, we ask that if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice or your session may be forfeited.   • Do I have to be on all the calls or will they be recorded?
    While attendance is encouraged for maximum benefit, all live masterclasses and guest expert segments are recorded so you can catch up at your convenience. The group coaching Q+A calls are not recorded to protect the privacy of those on the call.
  • What time are the calls and how long do they go for?
    We know you likely have a job and perhaps a family to work around so all our calls are from 7-8pm, Adelaide time. All masterclasses are packed with value and run for 60-minutes (although sometimes the conversation is so good, we go over! But don't worry, you don't have to stay on the call). Group coaching Q+A calls run for 120-minutes from 6-8pm Adelaide time. The content in the Q+A calls will be entirely up to you.
  • What happens when I join Mind Masters?
    Upon joining, you'll gain access to our members' area, where the first thing you’ll see is a video from us explaining where everything is and how to navigate the area. All dates and links that you need are in once place to make it easy for you. Each month you’ll receive an email explaining what’s on for that month that you can revisit at any time for a reminder.
  • I find online learning overwhelming. How am I going to manage this?
    Our program is designed to be user-friendly and manageable, with step-by-step guidance and support to help you navigate through the material at your own pace.
  • Are my results guaranteed?
    Like anything in life, you get out of Mind Masters what you put in. Our program is designed using proven and evidence-based techniques, and in fact, we’re yet to work with anyone who doesn’t experience any kind of shift. However, the results are up to you. I can promise that if you commit to the process and put in the work, you will see results.
  • Why is Mind Masters so affordable?
    We believe in making personal development accessible to all, which is why we offer such an affordable model, without compromising on quality. We ask you to commit to a minimum of 6 months because we want you to be around long enough to see the benefit of being part of this group. But trust us, you will see and feel the benefit long before the 6 month mark! In fact, many of our foundational members realised the value within the first masterclass!
  • How is this different to other things I've tried?
    Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a specific and specialised area of study focusing on breaking through negativity, and re-programming the mind and body, tailored specifically for personal growth and transformation. An NLP coach uses unique rapid change techniques as well as internal change processes that help change self-sabotaging behaviours, to create new ones that last.   • What are the terms + conditions of Mind Masters?
    Your initial term is for 6 months (minimum of $582*), after which we have no lock in contracts. You’ve got the freedom and flexibility here because we know you’re going to get so much our of Mind Masters. *Monthly membership for the members is AUD $97/month, min 6 months. Billed monthly thereafter. Notice via email at least 48-hours before next billing date to hello@moonbeammonday.com.au is required to cancel your membership. 12-monthly membership for members is $897 (save $267 - woo hoo!!) Subscriptions are automatically direct debited and recurring until cancelled. One person/membership access to the private Facebook group. All training videos (and subsequent recordings) are only accessible via our online resource library and the Facebook group. You will need a personal Facebook account to access.   • Will I have to talk about my problems in front of other people?
    No, we’re all about respecting your privacy. You'll have the option to share as much or as little as you're comfortable with. But remember, we're all here for the same reason... to create our most amazing life. You'll be in a space space and community with likeminded people who may have been in a similar situation. We're all here to learn from each other.
  • What are my advantages as a Mind Master rather than just doing the self-paced course?
    As a Mind Master, you gain access to live masterclasses and group coaching Q+A sessions, a supportive community, and personalised guidance, enhancing your learning experience and accountability.
  • I'm already working with a mental health professional. Can I do this at the same time?
    Mind Masters complements traditional therapy and can be safely integrated into your existing mental health regimen. If you’d like to chat more about this, please get in touch.
  • How much time do I need to invest in this program?
    This all depends on what you want to achieve from becoming a Mind Master. On average, the membership requires as little as 1-2 hours per week to engage with the live components of the program. To truly see results, we recommend spending additional time reviewing the available resources as well as taking the time to implement what you’re learning.
  • Are you going to hypnotise me and make me cluck like a chicken?
    We LOVE this question! TV shows with hypnotherapists, and the media, have a lot to answer for in this department. The short answer is ‘no’. We don’t use gimmicks and theatrical exercises here. In short, hypnosis is a way to relax your conscious mind, allowing for heightened suggestibility within your unconscious mind, which makes up apx 95% of your mind overall. The unconscious mind is where we’re able to reprogram beliefs and behaviours to create lasting change and transformation. It’s like turning on your mind’s supercomputer. When used with an open mind and a willingness to heal, almost anything is possible. During hypnosis in our sessions, your mind will shift from Beta state (concentration and learning) to Alpha state (relaxation and reflection). You’ll feel very relaxed but it’s unlikely you’ll fall asleep. Remember, you’re in charge at all times. We’ll explain everything to you and will never move forward with anything you’re uncomfortable with.
  • I'm not interested in mindfulness. Does that mean this program isn't for me?
    Mind Masters offers a diverse range of techniques beyond mindfulness, ensuring there's something beneficial for everyone seeking personal growth. However, we’ll be really interested to understand your aversion to mindfulness as this is simply another term for 'being present'. When we experience anxiety and overwhelm, we're getting ahead of ourselves and feeling fear about the future, so learning how to be present is vital to overcoming them and making lasting change in our life. Be assured, we'll show you how.
  • Can I cancel my membership?
    Yes. If you're on the monthly payment plan, you can cancel your membership at any time after the initial 6-month period, with no questions asked. We believe in providing flexibility and freedom to our members. If you've paid up front receive the saving, you can cancel at any time and keep your access to the membership until the end of your 12-months.   • I can't attend at that time. Will it be recorded?
    Yes. We understand that life happens and while we highly recommend you make the time to attend live so you have the opportunity to ask questions, if you can't make it, we'll send you the recording to watch in your own time, as long as you register.
  • Why is it free?
    Like other platforms, we use what's called a 'Freemium' method of marketing. We deliver great value for FREE and a small percentage of people decide to learn more about our premium, paid programs, which makes it win-win for everyone! It's not free because it's isn't packed with valuable, immediately useful information.   • Are my results guaranteed?

The challenge includes evidence-based techniques and information, and in fact, we’re yet to work with anyone who doesn’t experience any kind of shift. However, the results are up to you.
